In order to better organize and provide better things at events we are taking a few weeks off from helping with any events in NYC. During this time we will be conducting various private events. When we come back into the game we will be offering new services and kind of stepping away from the whole deco aspect for a bit. One of our main new projects is to invest in a high end fan system to cool off events after losing 5 pounds at Classic + A Midsummer Night. Heat is always going to be an issue at large events so cooling is a must. No one to our knowledge is offering cooling services in NYC also its gratifying cooling people off :D.

During this break it would be a good idea to CONTACT us if you have an event coming up you want help with. Generally we bring in 40-100 people consistantly as well as various other things. We're flexible regarding payment and will do things for future favors.

First off I'd like to bid farewell to SeriousBlack one of the driving forces behind NYCRAVERS and personally a good friend to me. Due to living situations in NYC he has moved to Southern NJ, and due to extenuating circumstances has decided to leave NYCRAVERS and start up an outlaw crew. I'd just like to wish him the best of luck in his ventures.

Now on to business... Dandi and I had a meeting regarding various issues within our staff infrastructure.... Basically we're a bit too big to be one cohesive unit, so we're going to compartmentalize the staff into various teams based off skills and geographical locations. We are also going to have 1 staff meeting a week to discuss upcoming events and projects. This week's meeting will be to decide how to break up the staff, so staff members check the staff forums for more information. This week I will also be updating the staff page to include all new members as well as implimenting other communications-specific things for staff. If you applied for staff and did not get a response, you will this week after our meeting.
