Fool Frequency : An April Fool’s Day Rave in NYC (Really)

It’s been an unpredictable year so far in New York City. Two blizzards. Two entirely separate weeks of “wait… is that 58 degrees??” Multiple code-blues. Emotional whiplash. Wardrobe confusion. Vitamin D deficiency. And yet — in a shocking twist worthy of daytime television — that accursed demon groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, has finally decided to show us his merciful side. The tiny fur-oracle has spoken. Springtime is fast approaching. The long, dramatic saga of Winter vs. Our Sanity is nearing its finale.

Which can only mean one thing:

It’s time to celebrate like the snowbanks are melting and our seasonal depression has been politely asked to leave.

Join us as we pregame spring with a glorious mashup of two elite holidays:
 St. Patrick’s Day — for the shamrocks, sparkle, and possibly questionable decisions.
 April 1st — The Fool’s New Year — because if we’re going to make bad decisions, let’s at least do it festively and with irony.

Expect:
 Dance floor mayhem
 Mischief and mild tomfoolery
 Green things (some wearable, some drinkable, some emotionally confusing)
 A room full of people ready to defrost their souls
